The Level 1 Award in Wines course includes two consecutive Monday classes beginning April 16, 2018. Students must attend both scheduled classes.
Students register through The Wine Center and sit the exam at the Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Institute at the end of the second class. A WSET certified instructor leads the course.
