The Level 1 Award in Wines course includes four classes over a 4-week period. Students must attend all four scheduled classes.
Students register through The Wine Center and sit the exam at the Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Institute on a registered exam date listed on The Wine Center Calendar for Exams. A WSET certified instructor leads the course.
Successful candidates receive the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines.

Please call to register at least 15 days prior to exam date. If you would like to arrange for a private exam at another time, proctor fees apply in addition to any exam fees. Students have a period of 12 months from the date of course registration to sit the exam. If the exam is not completed within 12 months, another exam fee must be paid. The Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits course includes eight classes over an 6-week period beginning January 26, 2015. Students must attend all six scheduled classes.
Students register through The Wine Center and sit the exam at the Arkansas Culinary School on a registered exam date listed on The Wine Center Calendar for Exams. A WSET certified instructor leads the course.
Successful candidates receive the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits.
The Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits course includes six classes over an 7-week period beginning Sunday March 1, 2015. Classes will be held every Sunday from 11 AM to 2 PM. There will be no class on Sunday April 5, 2015. Students must attend all six scheduled classes unless excused by the instructor.
Students register through The Wine Center and sit the exam at the Voce on a registered exam date listed on The Wine Center Calendar for Exams. A WSET certified instructor leads the course.
