WSET Level 1 Award in Wines Class @ Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Institute in Little Rock
Feb 10 @ 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

The Level 1 Award in Wines course includes one all day class.  Students must attend the entire scheduled class.

Students register through The Wine Center and sit the exam at the Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Institute at the end of the class. A WSET certified instructor leads the course.

Successful candidates receive the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines.

WSET Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits Online Class @ WSET Global Classroom

The Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits course includes five interactive classes over a five-week period.

Students register through The Wine Center and sit the exam at one of our satellite locations, but take classes in a digital, global classroom. An instructor from the WSET® leads the course, which includes five weekly, interactive classes.  Each week covers a new topic and students can log in whenever they want during the week. The online program has a set start and finish date for the week but no set class time.

Successful candidates receive the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits.

The Paris Tasting; France Versus America Taste Off @ Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Institute in Little Rock

It was known as the 1976 Judgment of Paris, a publicity stunt for a small wine school in Paris that would change the world of wine forever.  There were only a handful of professionals, swirling, sipping and spitting their way through wines in a “blind tasting” of France versus California.

Join Wine Educator Lorri Hambuchen in a spirited tasting and exploration learning about the wines that would change the map for California’s future in the iconic tasting where California wines beat the best of France.
